Customer Policies

For your convenience, we have outlined our policies to help ensure a memorable and relaxing experience for you.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To respect our clinicians’ professional time and the time of other clients, we kindly request a minimum of one business day notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. To secure your appointment, we require a $100 deposit for Dr. Saami and $50 for PA/NP/RNs at the time of booking. Please note that the deposit will go towards same-day treatment, but if no treatment is purchased, the deposit will cover the consultation fee. Cancellations made with less than one business day notice will forfeit the deposit.

Late Policy

In consideration of all our valued clients, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you're running behind schedule, please call us as soon as possible so that we can make every effort to accommodate you.

Rushing to an appointment doesn't contribute to an enjoyable experience. To make the most of your visit at SOM Aesthetics, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Our scheduling is thoughtfully designed to ensure you receive the full benefits of your scheduled time with our providers. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee the full duration of the service.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of services provided at SOM Aesthetics. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will gladly work to ensure your happiness. All service sales are final and there are no refunds on services rendered.

For Botox and other neuromodulators, we offer touch-up treatments if you're unsatisfied with the initial results. Please note, we ask that you wait 10 days post-treatment to allow for full effect. However, any requests made after 20 days from the initial appointment will be beyond our touch-up window.

Skin Care Products Return Policy

For products, we offer a return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for store credit only. Please note that we do not accept returns for SkinMedica, Latisse, Upneeq, or other prescription products, as well as gift cards.

Payments

We are a cashless business, accepting all major credit cards. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Facial Memberships

Membership is a monthly charge on the same date each month. Two rollovers are allowed per year. Can use the paid value for purchase of skincare products. Membership will automatically renew monthly and be deducted from the provided form of payment. Membership can be cancelled at any time, any payments made before the cancellation date will stay on file as a credit for services or products. Additional terms & conditions may apply.

Pets

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets. However, service animals are more than welcome.
